Department: Legal – IPR (Intellectual Property Rights)
Reporting To: Managing Partner
Job Description: We are seeking a sharp and experienced Corporate Lawyer – CLO specializing in Trademark, Copyright, and Patent Law to lead our IPR Division. The CLO will manage a team and ensure timely, compliant, and client-centric delivery of services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Trademark Registration, Opposition, Renewal, and Litigation.
- Handle Copyright registration and disputes.
- Oversee Patent filing and advisory.
- Draft/review legal docs, NDAs, NOCs, POAs, Licensing Agreements.
- Represent clients before authorities and courts.
- Ensure legal compliance, documentation, and audit.
- Supervise team and client coordination.
Required Qualifications:
- LLB or LLM; 5–10 years of IPR legal experience.
- Strong Indian IP law knowledge and team leadership skills.
2. Head of Business Operations – Consulting Division
Job Title: Head of Business Operations

Department: Consulting, Franchise & Business Advisory
Reporting To: Managing Partner / COO
Job Description: Oversee consulting projects and delivery in the Business Consulting & Franchise Division. Ensure onboarding, documentation, follow-ups, and SOP execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate legal and consulting teams.
- Implement SOPs for registration, franchising, advisory.
- Manage project timelines and client workflows.
- Control quality, documentation, and reporting.
- Meet project delivery targets monthly.
Required Qualifications:
- MBA/Graduate with 5+ years experience in operations.
- Project management and consultancy background preferred.
3. Vice President – Sales (Head of Sales Department)

- Maintain CRM pipelines and follow-up.
- Achieve monthly revenue & KPIs.
Required Qualifications:
- Graduate (MBA preferred); 2+ years sales experience.
- Strong Hindi/English communication.
5. Social Media & Brand Communication Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube.
- Plan and post legal + business content.
- Engage via DMs, comments, and posts.
- Generate leads through content strategy.
- Maintain PR, brand tone, and visibility.
Required Qualifications:
- Degree in Mass Comm/Digital Media.
- 2+ years social media experience.
- Canva, Meta, basic video editing skills.
