In this fast-moving world and highly competitive era, everyone wants to be successful. Everyone is compromising with his or her health for materialistic things. Students study until late hours in the night just to score a few more and eventually they lose their health. People nowadays work day and night to earn some extra money and sacrifice their billion-dollar health. You can earn more money with good health but you cannot get back health with money. Once a body organ gets bad it cannot be made back to perfectly normal.

Today’s life expectancy of humans has increased but we are less healthy than our previous generation. Our lifestyle has been disturbed. In a survey, it was found out that 9 out of 10 people suffer from back pain in their lifetime. It is because our body was not designed to sit and work and yet an average office worker sits up to 12 hours daily. The modern-day office is built around a chair, due to which all spine problems have increased so rapidly.

Another research found that we spend 50,000 rs every year on a 10 lakh rs car and gives daily 20 minutes to clean our vehicle. Do you know how much more your body cost? If every part of your body is calculated in monetary terms then it will cost around 10 Billion dollars. We are ready to spend so much money on our vehicles which we will use for 10 to 15 years. But when it comes to our body we just ignore it. Always remember health is the key to success. 

Tips for good health –

1 Eat organic and food rich in fibers.

2 At least Walk for 5 km in a day and take stairs instead of the lift.

3 Avoid fast food as much as possible

4 drink more water  

5Eat more food and veggies 

6 Choose lean proteins like poultry, fish, beans, and legumes.

7 Fill half your plate with vegetables at dinner.

8 Reduce the oil and add a splash of flavored vinegar or fresh lemon juice to salad dressings
